Millaracing does not pay for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by Millaracing including labor or product coverage. Products that may have been damaged or lost as a result of a faulty product will not be replaced by Millaracing under any circumstances. This includes but is also not limited to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for foreign shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
